Refund and Cancellation Policy:We do our utmost best to work with each student who has paid a deposit for class. We try our best to help students who cannot attend a prepaid class. We have, however, hundreds of students each year and to keep order and harmony, the following rules must be honored.If a student cannot attend a prepaid class, he/she must send written notice to Coulter Grisaille International LLC. (via email or US Mail)The date of receipt of that written notice will determine the refund or transfer terms and amount.All information listed below refers only to Coulter-taught seminars............................................When written notice of your cancellation is received by Coulter Grisaille International LLC 45 days prior to the seminar start date, the student receives a full cash refund for prepaid tuition............................................When written notice of cancellation is received by Coulter Grisaille International LLC 30 - 44 days prior to the seminar start date all prepaid tuition can be transferred to another workshop within the next 12 months. No refunds are available. ...........................................When written notice of cancellation is received by Coulter Grisaille International LLC, less than 30 days prior to the seminar start date prepaid tuition, less $35 per day cancellation fee, can be transferred to a another seminar or workshop within the next 12 months. ...........................................No refunds or transfers are granted without written notice from the student. If NO written notice is received by Coulter Grisaille International LLC, the student forfeits all prepaid tuition. No transfers. No refunds............................................In cases of illness or emergency, please contact Linda Coulter at infocoulter@gmail.com ...........................................Absent during a portion of the class.Occasionally, a student cannot attend all days or hours of a seminar or workshop. No refunds or transfers are available for arriving late or leaving early...........................................If the seminar is relocated or postponed, all prepaid tuition is transferable to the new location or to a new workshop of the student's choosing within the next 12 calendar months. ...........................................If the seminar is cancelled by Coulter Grisaille International LLC, and NO new date or location is proposed, students receive a full cash refund of prepaid tuition. |
